Orders and Shipping

Orders

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 1:30pm EST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. 

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It will include your order number, billing and shipping address, item descriptions and number. Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. 

Shipping Within Canada

Please note that shipping times are additional to our 3-5 business day processing times. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping outside of Canada

Currently, we only offer shipping outside of Canada to the United States. International orders are subject to duties and/or customs at the expense of the customer as determined by the courier service. United States standard shipping is approximately 8 business days from the time the order is fulfilled and sent out for delivery. 

 Pricing

Our prices are in Canadian dollars. On the payment page, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Prices on our website do not include tax. Sales taxes will be added at checkout for all orders being shipped within Canada.
