We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund within 7 days of being received. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. After 7 days of the product being received, we cannot accept product returns. In the event that you will be requiring a refund, please contact us immediately so we can begin the process. We are not responsible for return postage. **All earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons**

Imperfect Pieces

All items are inspected prior to packaging and shipping. Capsule Jewelry's 7-day warranty does not cover damages or breaks resulting from wear after this period, including those caused by pulling or catching of delicate chains. If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please email us at info@capsulejewelry.ca within 7 days of being received to request a replacement. Please include a picture and a brief description of the damage or defect.
